Part 1

Never judge a book by its cover, a statement I have personally heard on many occasions. As one grows older, we meet different kinds of people. From pure, good hearts to nasty, manipulative humans. Every one of us has had a taste of these kind of people almost everywhere we go. Each meeting comes with a lesson. It shows us what kind of people we are comfortable being around, who exactly do we get along the best with and who all we can live without.

These instances tell us a lot about ourselves as well. Where we want to be, and who all we want around us when at our peaks and our lows. The most important thing it shows us is that every person perceives the other differently. For example I might get along really well with someone who might not be liked by many another someone. It all depends on you and your views and thoughts. In certain circumstances, some relationships might not be good for you, no matter how close you are as friends,  but those are particular exceptions.

Through this journey however, the influencing hands in our lives try to teach us how we must behave around and treat the people we come across. They tell us that no matter what, we must always be gentle and patient with others. And to an extent, we really must. Once we establish who all matter in our lives, or who we want to keep near to us, it is easy. That doesn’t mean we be rude to others or completely disregard them, but at the most, test out some friendships and see how it goes. If not well, at least treat them with respect, wish them the best and move on with your lives.
